I believe a therapeutic relationship is something everyone can benefit greatly from. Participating in therapy allows time to find individual empowerment and move towards an improved life. It is my goal to provide a safe space for therapy where clients feel supported and free from judgment while navigating life’s challenges. I strive to build a therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect, and I believe strongly in a collaborative relationship in which clients maintain their own autonomy.
