Here's your sign that now is a great time to start therapy! I love working with teens, college students, and adults looking for support and ready to improve their mental health. Whether you're going through a big life change, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or just stuck in patterns that aren’t serving you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I will walk alongside you to build awareness, deeper self understanding, and help you gain tools to move forward. I have worked with teens and adults with mental health and substance use disorders in a variety of settings. I believe the past impacts our present, and I draw from approaches including person centered, Adlerian, ACT, CBT, and mindfulness. I enjoy incorporating expressive arts techniques, like music or art, and outdoor sessions when requested.
