Making the choice to pursue therapy is a brave decision in the pursuit of your best self. I believe in creating an environment that cultivates self determination and authentic expression of self. I utilize both lived experience and academic tools to meet my client's individual needs. I do not apply a cookie cutter method to my clients and instead empower my clients to find the expert within them. I create a down to earth environment where clients are encouraged to dig deep and find the internal root cause for life barriers. The therapy space will often incorporate a balance of laughter and genuine communication.
