My focus is on relationships: the relationships we hold with others and how we construct and maintain relationship with ourselves. I am accepting new clients, with a specialty in treating adults who are seeking to understand parental and family relationships, through the use of parts work (IFS), attachment, and narrative therapies. Imagine all the parts of you gathered around for dinner. Which ones light up the room with conversation? Which ones are not invited? Understanding how these parts interact with one another, and what each of them are saying to the whole self, is the core of internal systems.
