Hi there, I’m Caitlin! The world is heavy right now. We can get through things together until you’re ready to do it on your own. I am an Associate Clinical Social worker offering individual, family, and group therapy. I have been in social work for 10 years, and I am passionate about helping others heal and grow through relationships, understanding, and community. Each of us have unique strengths and skills, and it’s an honor to watch you tap into them through therapeutic work and exploration. I practice Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and I am person -centered. Being trauma informed, culturally responsive, and engaged in social justice when working with you, your family, and community, is a priority to me.
