I work with clients with intense and often uncomfortable emotional experiences. Emotions are hard and are also very important. I enjoy working with clients to explore their emotional experiences in order to help them gain more control over their behavioral reactions. I have experience working with clients with impulsive behaviors, avoidant tendencies, self-injurious behaviors, eating disordered behaviors, relational conflict and much more.
