Are you in need of extra support? I'm here to help! I have a passion for working with older children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with behavioral and emotional concerns. Conditions I commonly address include anxiety, depression, high functioning autism, ADHD, relationship difficulties, life transitions, LGBTQ+ difficulties, and more. I also have a background in Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) Therapy, a common approach to working with children with behavioral concerns on the autism spectrum. I utilize an eclectic approach to counseling, tailoring strategies and interventions to the presenting individual and family. I believe success in therapy comes from a strong therapeutic relationship and value the role of teamwork between the client and therapist when working to overcome current struggles.
