I specialize in treating individuals who have experienced trauma, particularly survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse. If you are struggling with painful memories, overwhelming emotions, or difficulty feeling safe and connected, I can help you on your healing journey. My process for trauma therapy is compassionate, client-centered, and evidence-based. I use EMDR to help you process and reframe distressing experiences so that they no longer hold the same power over your daily life. I also offer faith-affirming care for clients who wish to integrate their spiritual or religious beliefs into the healing process. In our work together, you will not simply talk about what happened to you — you will actively engage in a structured process designed to bring relief, growth, and a renewed sense of safety and empowerment. By the end of therapy, you can expect to feel more in control of your emotions and experience less distress when recalling traumatic experiences.
