My belief is that each client has within them the ability for positive change and healthy functioning. I consider it a privilege to hear clients' stories and strive to create a safe and collaborative environment in which we can explore strengths and challenges. I draw from psychodynamic and relational perspectives; the goal to better understand how past experiences and relationships affect current situations. l consider it essential to customize treatment to clients' needs and goals and incorporate techniques from other approaches, such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
