I believe healing happens through warmth, connection, and feeling truly understood. I strive to create a safe, collaborative space where you can explore your experiences without judgment and begin to make meaningful, lasting change. My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic and attachment-based theories to help uncover patterns shaped by past relationships, while also using practical tools from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness to support coping and growth in the present day. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, and substance use, as well as the ways these challenges often overlap.
