When people begin the therapeutic process, they have decided to share the pain they have been experiencing. When someone enters into that pain with them, healing can begin. I am a strong believer in the therapeutic relationship being the main mechanism for change. I will offer you a safe space to share the experiences you have been going through and assist you with any changes you may want to make in your life. Together we can tackle the obstacles that are holding you back, interpersonal difficulties, mental health symptoms, and/or traumatic events. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with a range of mental health difficulties and disorders.
