I love working with teens and Women. I like working on relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, and developmental trauma. My hope is to empower people to understand their innate wisdom and strengths to transform their situation from a challenge to overcoming whatever is getting in their way. Although our challenges can feel all consuming at times, it's my personal belief that holding things lightly and with a little bit of humor helps tremendously.
