I offer both virtual and in person sessions depending on your preference and availability. My goal when meeting with clients is to create a warm and safe environment where you feel comfortable exploring difficult feelings and cultivating change. Wherever you are in your pursuit of receiving support is where I meet you and begin our work together. Wherever you are is a good place to start. I want my clients to know that change is possible and that they are worthy and capable of creating a life they want to live.
