I love working with people from all walks of life whether they’re navigating past trauma, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, or simply feeling disconnected from themselves. They may be carrying emotional wounds that have never fully healed, or patterns of self-doubt and fear that hold them back. What they need is a safe, supportive space to process what they’ve been through, reconnect with who they are at their core, and learn tools to care for their emotional wellbeing. Helping people heal and grow in this way is at the heart of my work, and it’s a privilege to walk alongside them in that process. I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful ways. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore difficult emotions, process unresolved pain, and begin to shift patterns that no longer serve them.
