My style is gentle, steady, and collaborative, with a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. I believe we are all doing the best we can with the tools we have, the history we carry, and the pressures of day-to-day life. Everyone deserves a space where their story can unfold without judgment or pressure. That’s the kind of space I try to create. Therapy with me is a mix of grounding, curiosity, and honest reflection. I can gently challenge old narratives while offering compassion for the very real barriers that life and systems present.
