I am a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), National Certified Counselor (NCC) working in the mental health field for 9+ years. I enjoy guiding my clients through their journey of learning to cope with stress, reframe negative self-talk, increase self-confidence, challenge intrusive thoughts, and change unhealthy coping skills. I am also licensed in Nevada and accepting new clients from both Nevada and New Jersey for telehealth sessions weekdays Mondays through Thursdays 10AM-6PM EST.
