Trying to understand the emotional complexity of one’s own brain can be tricky. I enjoy partnering with clients to navigate their emotions and life challenges. For the last nine years, I have been working with individuals, parents, and families from a variety of different backgrounds. My desire is to offer objective feedback and support as you and navigate and negotiate the many challenges life has to offer. I am especially passionate about integrating elements of spirituality into my work with clients and families.
