We each have a whole universe inside of us that it is our job to explore, nurture, and heal. It can be uncomfortable and even scary to imagine taking a deep dive into that realm; but I believe that my therapy sessions are a safe space in which we can work together to break through the surface, find the parts of you that need the most care, and come up with a plan in which I can support you on your internal journey. You are the leader and the expert in your experience, and I am here to bear witness, challenge you, and empower you every step of the way.
