About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and obtained my M.S. in Mental Health Counseling from Central Washington University in 2022. I have worked in a variety of settings including college campus, inpatient substance abuse treatment, and a correctional facility. I am most experienced in working with mental health concerns such as depression, anxiety, stress/life transitions, grief/loss, and ADHD. However, I have worked with a wide range of issues and feel comfortable working with most clinical concerns. In my work I use a humanistic approach that is personally tailored to my clients’ strengths.
