Have you recently had a big life change or lost a relationship or someone close to you? Are you trapped in a cycle of worry, shame, people pleasing, or exhaustion? My specialties include pre-marital and couples counseling, anxiety, depression, womens' issues, perfectionism, grief, relationship issues, self sabotage, trauma, boundaries, spirituality, and life-transitions for young adult women, adolescents, and couples. As a Christian, I offer faith-based counseling and believe that our minds, bodies, and souls are all interconnected and we can dive into correcting any negative beliefs with God's truth to find peace and wholeness.
