Life doesn't come with instructions, and sometimes going through it on your own can be daunting. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and young adults presenting with relationship issues, finding personal authenticity, building self-esteem, and stress management. I find psychology and the human experience endlessly fascinating, and believe therapy can usher in change and transformation. The power of another holding you in highest regard when feeling most vulnerable is healing, and finding a person you trust to be with you in that space is a barrier in itself. My approach is strengths-based, genuine, and nonpathologizing.
