Counseling is more than telling a stranger your problems. It’s a decision that will enable you to learn how to manage your stress or circumstance, giving you the energy you need to pursue your goals and live a more peaceful, satisfying and fulfilling life. As a counselor, I provide a person-centered approach building on a client’s strengths while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, EMDR, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques. I can provide support and treatment with issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief support, substance abuse and behavioral issues.
