I help adults and teens in a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore relational challenges, people-pleasing, anxiety, and depression. Together, we identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and build self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healthier boundaries. I believe you already have the inner strengths needed for change, and therapy helps bring those strengths forward. My goal is to help you feel more confident, grounded, and connected—both within yourself and in your relationships.
