Life can be full of challenges, and those challenges don't wait until you are grown and ready. Everyone, whether a child, mature adult, or somewhere in-between, may need a safe place to help process and overcome those challenges that life can bring. My goal is to provide a safe place to help children, teens, and adults process emotions and equip clients with tools to use in their daily life.
