I love connecting with people, working with my hands, and building things. I am grateful to be doing this work of therapy, helping people and walking with them along their path of growth, healing, and change. I counsel with deep empathy and understanding, I believe in people's ability to make life better through therapy, and I hold hope for each person as they strive to do so. I have been counseling individuals and couples for more than 8 years.
