I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with 20 years experience providing short-term insight-oriented therapy that integrates components of CT and Acceptance-and-commitment therapy. I completed my Ph.D. at Adelphi University and my internship and post-doctorate degrees at Harvard Medical School/Mass General Hospital. Currently, I am a full professor at the University of Michigan-Dearborn. I am paneled with BCBS. I use a time-limited treatment approach, that involves an assessment phase where we characterize underlying challenges; and a treatment phase where to improve self-understanding and build skills to better manage challenges.
