I am able to offer in-person services to clients near Centennial, CO and telehealth virtual services to clients in 40+ PsyPACT states. I work primarily with adults and I particularly enjoy working with clients who are navigating life transitions and identity development. I welcome the exploration of identity and intersectionality as it impacts wellness and fully embodied living. I am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community and have been dedicated to advocacy, learning, and empowerment within the community for well over a decade. I am a NARM therapist and also provide consultation and supervision for fellow clinicians. As a therapist, I strive to create an affirming environment where you can feel seen, understood, and safe. I do not use a “one size fits all" approach but hold a relational and trauma-informed lens. I believe in the power of relationships as an important component of healing and I integrate mindfulness and somatic approaches often with clients.
