Intensive Coordinated Specialty Care for thought disorder: building Resiliency, achieving Recovery, and preventing Relapse California OnTrack provides early and effective treatment solely to individuals who are experiencing an episode of disordered thinking or perception (aka psychosis). We offer the OnTrackNow program to individuals who are experiencing or recovering from their first episode of psychosis (i.e. within 2 year of the onset of symptoms) and the BackOnTrack program to those who have been struggling in recovery for longer than 2 years. The core structure adheres to the clinically trialed and proven NIMH-Coordinated Specialty Care (CSC) curriculum for first episode psychosis. Every technique or group we offer was selected because it was proven effective in controlled clinical trials. California OnTrack leverages compassion and cutting-edge therapy equally as we seek to break the stigma associated with mental illness.
