I often work with people who feel at odds with themselves. Parts of life no longer echo the story they want to tell, and what's unfolding doesn't align with who they know themselves to be. These moments of uneasiness and overwhelm aren’t meant to be held alone, and this is where the transformative power of therapy begins to emerge. My work with clients offers a compassionate space to turn toward these inner tensions and make sense of what they are asking for. I love working with those drawn to creative doorways into the psyche—individuals who think critically, feel deeply, and are ready to wrestle with the paradoxes of being alive.
