I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist with extensive experience in the mental health field. I offer a calm, accepting, and nonjudgmental space for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges. My work is grounded in a relational, trauma-informed approach, with attention to how early experiences shape our sense of self, our relationships, and the ways we move through the world today. I have specialized training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Brainspotting and work through a trauma lens to support individuals whose past experiences continue to impact their present. I am especially passionate about working with clients who have experienced parentification or early emotional responsibility.
