I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with couples and adult individuals. I try my best to be mindful of the varying factors that exist in your life and how they may be affecting you, your relationships, or life satisfaction to ensure therapy is helpful for you. I am a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist and an EMDR trained therapist.
