I work with clients in all walks of life, though I find myself working most often with pre-teens, teens, young adults and moms. My goal as a therapist is to foster a safe, creative, and supportive space for clients to sift through uncomfortable thoughts and feelings that consistently pop up. My approach to therapy is all about empowerment and collaboration: you and I are on the same team, working towards the same goals. My role is to provide coping skills, help you to discover your natural strengths, nurture positive mental health practices, and empower you to live your life to the fullest! I work with clients ages 11+ and specialize in anxiety management, self-esteem, parenting support, maternal mental health, and perinatal/postpartum care. I offer creative arts in sessions as well, if that resonates with clients! I provide in-person and online counseling to clients residing in VA and online only therapy to clients residing in NH, VT, and SC.
