Life can get extremely difficult, leaving you feeling depressed, anxious, and alone. Asking for help doesn't mean you failed or that you are weak, it's quite the opposite. Our strength lies in our ability to be vulnerable and take steps towards change. As your therapist, my first priority is making you feel comfortable and supported sharing your life with me. My therapy room is a space for you to open up without feeling judged or criticized. With every client I see, I aim to instill hope, trust, self-compassion, and self-acceptance. I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, college students, LGBTQ+ folks, and survivors of intimate partner violence and childhood abuse. However, I work with individuals (13+) who are experiencing a wide range of issues. My therapeutic approach entails giving you the space to share what you need while also guiding you to through the process.
