Hi. I'm Callie, I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorder, family/relationship concerns, and chronic and terminal illnesss. I work with clients who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or affected by past experiences. I enjoy working with clients to help identify their strengths, overcome obstacles and build their self-esteem. I work with clients to normalize their feelings and increase their self-awareness. I try to promote mindfulness when dealing with strong emotions and work to offer clients a safe and nonjudgmental place to share their feelings. I enjoy working with teenagers and adults. I am trained in EMDR and specialize in treating all types of trauma and grief. I'm also trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Attachment-Focused Therapy.
