Welcome! I provide individual therapy for children, adolescents, and adults from all walks of life. I work with exploring and understanding one's identity, unpacking and processing trauma, managing stress and anxiety, and working through grief and loss. I specialize in gender identity, dissociative disorders, and especially love working with genderqueer and neurodivergent individuals. My approach is deeply person-centered, focusing on building resilience and empowering individuals on their ever evolving journey of self discovery to navigate life’s challenges and to seek connection. It is my goal to create a safe, engaging, and collaborative environment where clients can explore and develop the skills necessary to live unapologetically.
