I work with adults, young professionals, college students and older teenagers who are seeking support and relief from difficulties such as anxiety, stress or the impacts of trauma. My therapeutic specialities include identity development and emerging adulthood, building self confidence, relationship concerns, grief and loss, and coping with adjustments and transitions. In therapy, I help you develop self-compassion and personal insight so you can let go of shame and fear, and start building a life worth living.
