Throughout our lives, we are all faced with a variety of life stressors that impact each individual quite differently. Having a safe space to turn to for support can be beneficial so we don’t have to go through it all alone, as we work to overcome these challenges. I utilize a holistic approach to understand the person beyond what is bringing them in for treatment. This enables me to better understand the nuances of their life in order to help each individual navigate and find meaning from life experiences. I value the counseling relationship as a therapeutic tool for change, emphasizing a respectful and safe environment.
