Welcome! I know that reaching out for therapy can feel both freeing and overwhelming. I offer you a space to be yourself and a place to learn more about who you are and who you desire to be. I utilize Transforming Touch, EMDR, somatic therapy, Intuitive Eating and Internal Family System or "parts work" theories to help you connect and move forward in your life. These practices help build nervous system regulation and set the foundation for building compassion so that you are able to exist in new and different ways in both your individual life and in relation with others.
