I work with teens (12+), adults, and couples to strengthen relationships, heal from trauma, and break free from patterns that no longer serve them. In our time together, we’ll uncover patterns that may no longer be serving you and help you reconnect with what brings you the most fulfillment and joy. My clients have told me that I am warm, relatable, and non-judgmental. I have been told that I am easy to open up to and help my clients feel safe to explore more difficult feelings and experiences. My approach blends warmth, humor, and curiosity to help you feel at ease and reconnect with the resources you already have. I draw from IFS, attachment theory, and EMDR to help you feel more fulfilled in your relationships and better equipped to deal with life's challenges.
