Having a career as a therapist is one of the greatest joys of my life! I'm grateful for the opportunity to walk with/guide my clients through whatever struggles they face. As your therapist, I will strive to create an empathetic, encouraging, and non-judgmental atmosphere, while being appropriately direct with you. I am just a human, just like you, so showing up in a loving and caring way for each client is a priority. I work best with clients who come to counseling ready to work and are receptive to feedback. I specialize in Marriage/Couples Counseling, and Trauma-Focused Counseling, with a niche in First Responders and Military. I work from a systemic perspective, which means that I view clients’ family, relationships, & larger social context as being resources in solving problems. For trauma-focused work, I utilize EMDR, DBR, and CPT.
