I work with those who feel stuck, whether they're struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, relationship challenges, or adjusting to major life transitions. Many of my clients want to better understand themselves, manage stress, and build confidence as they navigate life's demands. I also enjoy working with athletes who are balancing performance pressures, identity, and personal well-being off the field. My clients are motivated to grow, but value a space where they can feel heard, supported, and challenged in a collaborative way. My goal is to help them gain clarity, better sense of self, and progress towards a more fulfilled life.
