Hello, I am Susan. In my practice, I specialize in individual, couples, and group therapy. I work mostly with adults of all cultures and populations to promote mental wellness. My client-centered therapy is grounded in traditional psychodynamic and family systems work, cognitive-behavioral, rational-emotive, and mindfulness-based techniques. I do my best to temper the process with creativity, imagination, and humor, along with practical solutions and concrete goals that work to provide clients with a tailored treatment plan that can be integrated into their daily life.
