For 30+ years I have engaged collaboratively with individuals and families seeking relief from the challenges of depression, anxiety, chronic/severe mental health concerns, various personality disorders, trauma, ADD/ADHD, grief/loss, and major personal/interpersonal life transitions (e.g. deaths, disease, divorce). I subscribe to an eclectic, humanistic, client-centered approach to treatment that is supported by a variety of treatment approaches.
