I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with specializations in depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, phobias, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, interpersonal effectiveness, and social skills training. I provide individual psychotherapy for adults. I also have experience working with high-functioning adults on the spectrum. I am in-network for the listed insurances. My approach is very integrative, and I lean towards cognitive behavioral therapy but with an integrated approach. Sessions are tailored to the client's needs and can be structured, semi-structured, or free flowing depending on the client’s preferences.
