I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with advanced training in neuropsychotherapy, sex therapy, and couples work through the Gottman Institute. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges by understanding the deep connection between mind and body, and learning how to rewire those systems for lasting change. My approach is rooted in neuropsychotherapy, which blends brain science with evidence-based talk therapy to help clients understand how their past experiences and nervous systems influence their current emotions, relationships, and behaviors.
