Dealing with boundaries and cultural beliefs, possible childhood trauma from toxic parenting behavior. Is your goal has to become the best version of yourself and heal from negative cycles and end intergenerational trauma for the future generations in your family? Together we can discuss the differences within cultures country and the battles of managing two different cultures. I enjoy fighting the stigma of mental health care and together we can change the narrative that therapy is only for "crazy" people.
