In a safe, warm, and non-judgmental therapeutic environment, I am focusing on helping client addressing any struggles related to anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction issues. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and groups, while offering a multicultural approach to treatment. My therapeutic philosophy envisions the counselor in partnership with the client working on identifying, clarifying, and creating a clear treatment plan to achieve client’s desired outcomes. I strongly encourage the client’s self-discovery and growth while fostering client accountability to increase productivity in achieving their goals.
