I work primarily with children and adolescents, helping them understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop the skills they need to feel successful at home, school, and in relationships. Many of the kids I work with struggle with big feelings, behavior challenges, anxiety, or difficulty expressing themselves and my role is to help them make those experiences feel manageable instead of overwhelming.
