I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental environment where we can collaborate on practical and creative solutions to the challenges you encounter. I believe community and relationships are integral to individual wellness and seek to support clients through creating a healthy counseling relationship, integrating clients’ existing support systems, and/or providing encouragement and skills to clients as they build new relationships and communities.
