Let’s be real—life can be messy and your thoughts can feel beyond loud at times. I’m not the “smile and nod” type of therapist. I show up as a real human: someone who will challenge you, cheer you on, and sit with you through the hard stuff without judgment. I work with kids, teens, and adults facing a wide range of concerns, but I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals who are struggling with anxiety and OCD. I also help clients navigate depression and major life transitions—whether you're feeling stuck, burned out, or simply trying to figure out what comes next.
